<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and a lighting system that can be configured in a way in which a light source can be illuminated after a control signal is provided so as not to make a user feel discomfort. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device is equipped with a light control part 2 to which a control signal is supplied from a dimming control device, a power-supply part 1 to which power is supplied via a dimming control device and a light-emitting part that is illuminated with power output from the power-supply part 1 and regulates light volume of the light-emitting part in accordance with the control signal. In this lighting device, a power-supply voltage detection part 17 that detects power-supply voltage supplied to the power-supply part 1 and a power-supply control part 18 that illuminates the light-emitting part when power-supply voltage detected by the power-supply voltage detection part 17 exceeds a set value are provided, and the set value is predetermined so that it equals the value of power-supply voltage supplied to the power-supply part 1 at the time when the control signal is given. As a result it becomes possible to illuminate the light-emitting part on and after the time when the control signal is supplied and to illuminate the light-emitting part in light volume corresponding to the control signal, and thus a user does not feel discomfort. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
