<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of complexity in circuit configuration because at least two means, including means for feeding back an output voltage detection signal to a primary side, are required for transmitting signals under such condition as primary side is isolated from secondary side, if a synchronous rectification circuit is used on the secondary side. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit is used which allows transmission/reception with external signal, and in which two ICs having the same hardware configuration can be used on both primary side and secondary side for insulation type, being applicable to non-insulation type as well, and being usable for a power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
