PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of properly preventing interference of radio signals and a roadside communication device using the radio communication device.

SOLUTION: The roadside communication device includes a plurality of in-vehicle communication devices 3 and a roadside communication device 2. The roadside communication device 2 comprises: a first radio communication unit 20 including in a receiving unit 40 that receives radio signals by a first antenna 20a having directivity corresponding to a path H1 and a transmission unit 41 that transmits radio signals by a second antenna 20b having non-directivity; and second to fourth radio communication units 21 to 23 including only receiving units 44 receiving radio signals by receiving antennas 21a to 23a having directivity corresponding to paths H2 to H4.
