<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical device in which a plurality of electronic devices arranged on a plate-formed cooling fin are cooled uniformly. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical device comprises a planar metal cooling fin 10 in which a continuous coolant flow passage 24 is formed, and a plurality of electronic devices 11 arranged in contact with a flat surface 15 of the cooling fin 10. Each of the electronic devices 11 has a plurality of semiconductor elements 20 and the semiconductor elements 20 are arranged in a plane parallel to the flat surface 15 of the cooling fin 10 and along a plurality of straight lines which are parallel to each other. The coolant flow passage 24 is composed of a forward passage 28 extending from an entrance 25 to an innermost part 27 and a return passage 29 extending from the innermost part 27 to an exit 26.
