<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a plastic molding or the like that can obtain a molding of a highly precise shape having optical characteristics with little refractive index distribution and birefringence without using a lot of highly precise molds of high profile irregularity. <P>SOLUTION: The molding method of a plastic molding includes: a step in which at least one mold having a surface of high profile irregularity is prepared, and two or more molds having profile irregularity lower than that of the surface of high profile irregularity are prepared to one mold having the surface of high profile irregularity; a step which supplies a molten resin to two or more molds of low profile irregularity; a step in which each mold supplied with the molten resin is cooled for a predetermined time while applying pressure; and a step in which a molded member is taken out from the cooled mold, the taken-out molded member is installed in a mold having a surface of high profile irregularity, only the surface of the installed molded member is melted, and a surface of high profile irregularity is pressed against the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
