Provided is an indol-2-one compound disubstituted in the 3-positin of formula (I) where R1-5, X, Y, Ar and n are defined as in claim 1. The compound is an antagonist towards the ghrelin receptor and can be used for treating obesity, diabetes, appetite disorders and obesity.
