Disclosed is the use of an inhibitor of tissue factor signaling in the manufacture of a medicament for inhibiting or suppressing tissue factor/factor VIIa (TF/VIIa) signaling involving protease activated receptor 2 (PAR2) in a mammalian subject suffering from an angiogenesis-related disease, or inflammation, wherein the inhibitor does not interfere with hemostasis in the mammalian subject.
