ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display is provided to eliminate the changing of a color coordinate by forming a deposition layer with bending which causes diffused reflection at the upper part of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display comprises a substrate, an organic light emitting device, and a coating layer. The organic light emitting device is formed on a substrate. The coating layer is formed on the upper part of the light emitting surface of the organic light emitting device and has a Ra value of 0.2μm to 3μm(Ra represents a rough surface value). The thickness of the coating layer is 200Å to 1500Å. The coating layer includes a sublimational compound which includes an aromatic moiety.
