The device has an electrically insulative case (1) in which electrodes (3) are extended along a projecting structure (2) that is coupled with a diesel filter. A conical point shaped closing part (7) is arranged at an end of the projecting structure, and the electrodes are extended through the closing part. The closing part defines a peripheral flange (11) toward an exterior. The flange faces a peripheral recess whose end is provided with the projecting structure, to define an annular channel. An O-ring (13) is arranged in the annular channel.
