PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the bleaching of polarizing plate by eliminating a part in which a bottom board and an encapsulated board are directly touched. CONSTITUTION: A bottom board(100) comprises a power source wiring part(140) in a non-display area(NA). An encapsulated board(300) forms a cavity(320) in an area corresponding to the power source wiring part. A polarizing plate(350) is included in the upper side of the encapsulated board. The power source wiring part comprises a power source wiring which transfers first power source voltage and a second power source wiring which transfers second power source voltage. The first power source wiring is closely arranged than the second power source wiring to a display area. A gate electrode is arranged on a gate insulating film which is extended to the non-display area while covering an active layer.
