DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR ELECTRIC PAPER DISPLAY AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An EPD(Electric Paper Display) and driver circuit of a display device are provided to increase the life time of an EPD by reducing a bias stress voltage of a gate node of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) within a pull-down function block. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(210) receives a pulse input signal consisting of high and low level signal and transfers the pulse input signal to a boosting node. An inverter(220) inverts the pulse input signal and outputs an inverting signal. A pull-up/down unit(240) is connected to the input unit and inverter unit. The pull-up/down unit receives a booting voltage from the boosting node and outputs the pull-up output signal. The pull-up/down unit receives the inverting signal and outputs the pull-down signal.
