PURPOSE: An opening and closing module, a control method for the same, and an imaging apparatus using the same are provided to suppress vibration in rotation by forming a rotator into a disc shape. CONSTITUTION: In an opening and closing module, a control method for the same, an imaging apparatus using the same, a rotator(1) rotation-transfers the center of a disc shape to a rotary shaft. A supporter(2) is limited to perform only rotation. An opening and closing for the supporter is rotation-transferred from the center of the rotary shaft by a predetermined angle. An opening and closing for the rotor is operated together with the opening and closing for the supporter.
