PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of MgB2 superconducting conductor and MgB2 superconducting conductor manufactured thereby are provided to maintain uniform current value by increasing an effective area in which super-conduction current can flow. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of MgB2 superconducting conductor comprises the next step. A material powder is rolled by power rolling. The material powder is selected from the group consisting of the already reacted MgB2 powder and the compound powder added with a doping agent. The doping agent is selected from the group consisting of SiC, carbon nano-tube, hydrocarbon, silicon oil, malic acid, tin and silver. A coated metal which coats a material is a powdered form or a metal plate form.
