PURPOSE: The pressurizing apparatus of a laminate type battery is provided to return the initial state of a hot fusing part although the hot fusing part is bent according to the application of force. CONSTITUTION: The pressurizing apparatus of a laminate type battery receives a laminate type battery(1) between two spacer plates and contacts and pressurizes the spacer plates and the generating parts of the laminate type battery. The pressurizing apparatus includes a supporting unit(17) and a protrusion(18). A hot fusing part(3a) is arranged at the lower side of the laminate type battery. The supporting unit is in contact with the lower side of the hot fusing part in order to support the laminate type battery. The protrusion is protruded toward the hot fusing part.
