PURPOSE: A drill is provided to correct the eccentricity between the central part of a rod and a hole and enable a casing to be installed on a drill hole rapidly and easily. CONSTITUTION: A drill comprises a body, a rod clamp, a rotating frame, a reader, an auger, a first horizontal transfer unit(190), and a second horizontal transfer unit(200). The body comprises a lower frame and an upper frame(120). The rod clamp is slidably coupled to the cut part of the upper frame. The rotating frame is rotatably coupled to one side of the upper part of the body. The reader is liftably installed in the length direction of the rotating frame. The auger is coupled to one side of the reader and lifts along the reader. The first horizontal transfer unit horizontally transfers the rod clamp coupled to the cut part of the upper frame.
