PURPOSE: A rescue rope is provided to help a user to throw a rope to the position of a victim without a throw apparatus by simplifying a structure and reducing volume. CONSTITUTION: A rescue rope is comprised of weight(20) and a cover. The weight is installed in the front of rope. The cover has the buoyancy while being combined with the rear part of the rope. The cover is composed of a plurality of expansion blades(30). At least one knot protrusion(12) is installed in the boundary surface of the rope. A fluorescent paint is coated on the surface of the rope.
