<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive spectroscope which does not require troublesome adjustment and has excellent wavelength reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A diffraction grating and a slit part are made to be fixed type which does not have a movable part, the slit part 3 having a plurality of slits are installed at a position corresponding to spectral light separated by the diffraction grating 1, and furthermore, a mask capable of transmitting only the spectral light having a specific wavelength is installed short of the incident side of the slit part, then only light coinciding with a slit 4a opened in the mask 4 for a λ3 installed with a dimmer filter 26 is transmitted to detect light intensity by a detector 5 having a size by which all of a plurality of the spectral light can be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
