<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible circuit board with high waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible circuit board with a waterproof member comprises: a flexible circuit board inserted through a body of an electronic apparatus; and a waterproof member provided in a waterproof part of the flexible circuit board.
