PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for surface-treating a fluororesin molding hardly causing adhesion failure derived from residual base on the surface of the fluororesin molding; a method for producing a structure including the fluororesin molding treated with the surface-treating method; a fixing roller including the fluororesin structure produced by the production method; a fixing device equipped with the fixing roller; and an image-forming device equipped with the fixing device.

SOLUTION: The method for surface-treating a fluororesin molding includes: a step (S11) of applying an etching treatment to the surface to be treated of the fluororesin molding with a solution containing an alkali metal; and after the step of applying etching treatment, a step (S14) of applying a modifying treatment to the surface to be treated with a solution containing a carboxylic acid.
