<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of improving detection accuracy of a Hall IC and improving controllability of a rod by minimizing a swing amount of a rod shaft in a low open region where the change rate of an exhaust gas flow rate (pressure) is maximum with respect to the moving amount of the rod of an electric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: When a full close point A on a rotational-operation line of a link lever 3, a full open point B on the rotational-operation line of the link lever 3, a middle open point C on the rotational-operation line of the link lever 3, and an end point P in a swinging width on the rotational-operation line of the link lever 3 are defined, the end point P in the swinging width on the rotational-operation line of the link lever 3 is set to be positioned at the center between the full close point A and the middle open point C when a waste gate valve 1 is operated to rotate (open and close). Thereby, the swinging amount of a rod shaft in a region from the full close point A to the middle open point C, in which high accuracy is required, can be set to the minimum.
