<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change method for a dynamic frame parameter. <P>SOLUTION: In a change method for a dynamic frame parameter, when an input frame belongs to a special scenery, a next frame parameter is changed based on a special scenery operation, and when the input frame does not belong to the special scenery, the next frame parameter is changed based on a normal scenery operation so that a predicted frame can be obtained. Further, it is determined whether the predicted frame is a special scenery. Thus, if both of the input frame and the predicted frame belong to the special scenery, the input frame parameter is changed based on the special scenery operation, and if neither of the input frame nor the predicted frame belongs to the special scenery, the input frame parameter is changed based on the normal scenery operation, and if only either of the input frame or the predicted frame belongs to the special scenery, the input frame parameter is not changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
