<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which suppresses the deformation of an opening for a connector. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 10 comprises: a circuit board 21 housed in a first housing 11; a connector 22 mounted on the circuit board 21; an opening 24 in which a part 21A of the circuit board 21 and a part 22A of the connector 22 are housed; and a spacer 25 arranged so as to contact with an inner surface 32 of the opening 24 and the connector 22.
