<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase productivity and stability of manufacture and decrease an incidence of defective goods on continuously manufacturing radial blade. <P>SOLUTION: In a state where a thread bundle 20 projects above a work bed 30 from a through hole 31 set on the work bed 30 and where a number of thread materials 21 forming the thread bundle 20 are radially developed to a circumference of the through hole 31, the circumference on its center part is pressed against the circumference of the through hole 31 to be welded together by a welding head 40. A movable sleeve shape separation jig 70 which is commonly used as a thread bundle guide that reciprocally moves in the center line direction in the through hole 31 of the work head 30 and in which the thread bundle 20 passes through its inside is assembled into the work head 30. When the center part circumference of the number of thread materials 21 developed around the through hole 31 above the work head 30 is welded, by raising up the separation jig 70 from a lower waiting position to a separation position wherein the tip end ring shape part abuts on a welding face 41 on the tip end of the welding head 40, the separation jig 70 is separated from the thread bundle 20 in a tip end ring shape part in a midway of forming a ring shape welded part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
