PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet arranged to be easy to handle.

SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet has: an elastic insulative sheet 2; and a plurality of conductive metal lines 3 included in the insulative sheet 2 with their length directions set in line with a thickness direction of the insulative sheet 2. The metal lines 3 have ferromagnetism. The method of manufacturing an anisotropic conductive sheet includes the step of applying a magnetic field to an insulative matrix put in a molding die in the thickness direction of anisotropic conductive sheet, provided that the matrix has a plurality of conductive metal lines having ferromagnetism and dispersed therein.
