If the width of a tool is narrowed so that part of a formation material of a bearing main body (13) that is pressed escapes outside from the tool, it is possible to ensure an amount of projection (an amount of projection from the outer circumferential surface of the bearing main body) necessary for the positioning member (20) to fulfill the function thereof while suppressing an amount of deformation of the formation material in a circumferential direction of the bearing main body (13).
