<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual labor tool having good usability, which eliminates the need to replace a front end implement and to grip and operate a tip side of the front end implement, prevents an increase in weight caused by fixing the front end implement, and can be switched to use as a scoop or shovel. <P>SOLUTION: In a manual labor tool 10, one end side of a grip part 12 of a grip section 11 of a bar-like member to be gripped with hands is turnably and pivotally supported on a turning shaft 31 in the lower part of a fan-shaped bag-shape part 26 formed on the upper side 24 of a scooping part 21 made of a rectangular plate-like member for scooping soil and sand. A protrusion 17 provided such that it can be embedded in the grip part side of the grip section is protrusively engaged in an engaging hole 27 formed on a fan-shaped end side 26a of the bag-shape part, and either of a bottom part 22 of the scooping part or a corner 25 of an included angle between the bottom part and a side edge 23 is turned so as to be at the lowermost position.
