<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member capable of stably and easily connecting a support object and a stand and moving them after the connection, and an electronic apparatus provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A first fixing part 11 of a connecting member 4 is fixed to a back casing 2B of a body part 2, and two operators P1, P2 hold a holding part 12 of the connecting member 4 with one hand H1 respectively, attach the other hand H2 to an edge 2G of the back casing 2B of the body part 2, lower the body part 2 toward a column 3B of a stand 3, and house the column 3B of the stand 3 to a hole 14 between the first fixing part 11 and a second fixing part 13. By using a second through hole 13A and a screw 13B of the second fixing part 13, the second fixing part 13 of the connecting member 4 is fixed to the column 3B inside the hole 14.
