<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust-collecting device for surely and effectively removing dust from a filter for further filtering air from which dust has been centrifuged in a dust collecting container, and to provide a vacuum cleaner with the cyclone dust-collecting device. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes the cyclone dust-collecting device for centrifuging the dust from the air by swirling the sucked air. The cyclone dust-collecting device includes: a dust collecting container for storing centrifuged dust; an inner cylinder arranged in the dust collecting container, and having an exhaust port for discharging the air from which dust has been centrifuged in the dust collecting container; an upper filter member arranged above the inner cylinder, and filtering the air discharged from the inner cylinder; and an upper casing for covering an upper part of the upper filter member.
