<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging method of the same capable of realizing a non-stop imaging by synchronizing imaging timing of a motor to rotate work and a part formed by repeating periodically on a piece of work. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus images at an imaging timing based on a reference pulse PA by making a work pulse PW, which is output in a interval synchronized with a shape part (W1) of a rotating work W, as a trigger, and images at a imaging timing based on the reference pulse PA every time when the reference pulse PA is output from this imaging timing by a pulse number NP between work pulses PW. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
