Additional chamber 4 accommodates dynamic vibration killer including motor 7 with its shaft 8 supporting drum 8 with cable 10 wound thereon, and cable tensioner 11 arranged on said web 5. One end of said cable 10 is fixed in cable tensioner while opposite end is fixed on cover 2 of chamber 3.
