METHOD OF TREATING LICHEN ACUMINATUS

That is ensured by prescribing PUVA therapy with externally applied photosensitisers. PUVA baths are taken for 7-10 days with radiation dose thereafter gradually increased by 25-30% of minimal phototoxic dose. With underlying PUVA baths, 5 intravenous injections of Panavir in therapeutic dose 200 mcg are applied every second day. ^ EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness, as well as prolonged remission. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex
