FIELD: sport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators of domestic use and is designed to perform physical exercises on HB, parallel bars and with a weightlifting barbell, and can be used in residences, offices and sports and recreational sports facilities. The rack of the simulator takes the form of the demountable frame consisting of upper and lower parts, the lower part of which is formed by two inverted uneven ""-shaped elements with pivotally connected ends of the racks, and the upper part of the support frame is made H-shaped with telescopically installed in the racks of the lower part. The demountable chinning bar is intended to exercise pulling on the bar. The supports for barbell bar mounted on the rack enable to perform exercises of benchpress and squats with a barbell. Demountable sliding thrust handle-bars enable to exercise dips. Ability to vary the distance between the thrust handle-bars and the height of the chinning bar enable to adapt the simulator to the individual characteristics of both adults and children. ^ EFFECT: expanding the list of exercises performed on it, and reduction of the simulator size. ^ 9 cl, 1 dwg |
