A process for vodka production provides preparation of blend technologically treated water, purification thereof, alcohol-water mixture preparation by mixing of rectified alcohol with technologically treated water, its cooling, purification by passing through quartz sand, activated carbon and quartz sand, introduction of ingredients, according to the formula, final filtering, and bottling. Into the processing chain for preparation of blend technologically treated water the treatment of ready blend treated water with classic music is introduced. |
