<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil strainer which can be applied even when a strainer body is relatively slender, and in which a nearly platy filter unit having a substantially flat plane-shaped filter can be inserted and disposed in a nearly tubular one-body strainer body without complication and higher cost of the structure of the filter unit. <P>SOLUTION: The filter unit U2 includes: the unit body 11 which has the substantially flat plane-shaped filter F and has the substantially plate-shaped whole shape; and a terminal frame 25 in which one side thereof is opened on the upstream entering side terminal part of the unit body 11 to be formed into a U-shape, wherein, on upstream entering side terminal part of the unit body, a terminal vertical wall 14 which shields a part corresponding to the oil effluent side of the filter of a strainer body inner part passage is disposed and, between the terminal frame and the strainer body, a falling-off prevention means constituted with a pawl part 16 and a fitting hole is disposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
