<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN device capable of easily determining a channel optimal for operation even in a complex wireless LAN network environment. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless LAN device includes: reception electric field intensity measurement means for measuring the radio wave reception electric field intensity of a specific channel and a prescribed number of upper and lower channels centering the specific channel; by using a prescribed calculation method according to the degree of deviation from the specific channel, specific channel total score calculation means for calculating a total score representing a radio wave interference amount in the specific channel, from each measured channel parameter value; and based on the total scores of at least two specific channels, channel determination means for determining the operation channel of the self-device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
