<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a stereoscopic image suitable for stereoscopy without bringing about an increase in cost and to take the stereoscopic image excellent in stability and reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation source 17 having one electric field discharge type electron source 20 for producing electrons by the application of an electric field and an anode 22 for discharging radiation by the incidence of electrons is used to constitute the electric field discharge type electron source 20 and the anode 22 so as to discharge radiation from first and second focal positions F1 and F2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
