<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that improves uneven wear resistance and driving stability while improving a block shape and maintaining drainage performance. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 includes a tread 2 having a plurality of main oblique grooves 3 substantially in V-shapes extending from tire equator C at least to ground-contact ends Te at both sides, and provided at intervals in the tire circumferential direction, and a pair of connecting grooves 4 formed at both sides of the tire equator C to connect the main oblique grooves 3 in tire circumferential adjacency. The pneumatic tire 1 includes a center block 5 divided into the pair of connecting grooves 4 between the tire-circumferentially adjacent main oblique grooves 3, 3, and a pair of shoulder blocks 6 disposed outside the connecting grooves 4 and extending to the ground-contact ends Te. Axially innermost ends 6a of the shoulder blocks 6 in the tire are positioned near the tire equator C side axially inside axially outermost ends 5b of the center blocks 5 in the tire, and the tire circumferential dimension across the shoulder blocks 6 is gradually increased toward the axially innermost ends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
