<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a steering reaction change even in interlocking operation on the steering assist side unable to apply steering assist force, in a control device for restraining the steering reaction change caused when operating a differential limiting mechanism by the steering assist force, in the control device of the differential limiting mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This control device has the differential limiting mechanism 5 for controlling a differential of left-right wheels 4FR and 4FL of a vehicle and a power steering mechanism 8 for applying assist torque to steering of the vehicle, and has a control means 10 for controlling increasingly-decreasingly a control quantity of the power steering mechanism 8 in response to operation of the differential limiting mechanism 5, and has an interlocking operation detecting means for detecting interlocking operation of the power steering mechanism 8.
