<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push rotary switch capable of rotating a rotor in normal and reversed two directions by pushing down a first button and a second button. <P>SOLUTION: A first button 1 and a second button 2 are arranged on an opening portion 3a of a housing 3. A recess-protrusion-engaging switching element 4 and a rotor 5 are provided between a rotor 9 and the buttons 1 and 2. The switching element 4 is fixed in the housing 3, and a first recess-protrusion cam 5c and a second recess-protrusion cam 5b corresponding to a first button 1 and a second button 2 are provided on an outer surface and an inner surface of the rotor 5. When pushing down the first button 1, the first button 1 pushes down and rotates the first recess-protrusion cam 5c to rotate the rotor 5 in a normal direction, and when pushing down the second button 2, the second button 2 pushes down and rotates the second recess-protrusion cam 5b to rotate the rotor 5 in a reversed direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
