<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package transporting robot which can suitably push a package placed on a rack to a predetermined position. <P>SOLUTION: This is a package transporting robot 1, which has: a base 2 having wheels 2d; a body 3 provided tiltable with respect to the base 2; a tilt device 8 for tilting the body 3 with respect to the base 2; an arm provided in an operatable manner with respect to the body 3; operating devices 10 and 11 for operating the arm with respect to the body 3; and a control device 12. The control device 12 has a control mode for controlling the tilt device 8 to tilt the body 3 with respect to the base 2 to form a space 18 on the opposite side to a tilt direction of the body 3, and controlling the operating devices 10 and 11 when the space 18 is formed to move a part or all of the arm to the space 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
