<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bottom strength and twist resistance of a box, and to enable easy processing by using various flexo folder gluers. <P>SOLUTION: In the bottom assembling lock of the box in which bottom plates 4, 5, 6 and 7 extended from the respective pairs of side walls 1 and 2 are overlapped and fixed so as to press each other, both side edges of the bottom plates 4, 5, 6 and 7 are placed along the ridge line of the box. At one side of each of the bottom plates 4, 5, 6 and 7, a valley fold line 10 is put obliquely, and a front double piece 11 is formed. At the other side of at least one bottom plate 7, the valley fold line 12 is put obliquely, and a rear double piece 13 is formed. Four bottom plates 4, 5, 6 and 7 are sequentially overlapped and folded in a circumferential direction, and the bottom plates 4, 5, 6 and 7 are pushed into the box according to a bend along the valley fold lines 10 and 12. While the front double piece 11 of the bottom plate 4 and the rear double piece 13 of the bottom plate 7 are folded in a raising direction, the other side of the bottom plate 7 is pushed to the rear side of one side of the bottom plate 4, and the folding of the bottom plates 4, 5, 6 and 7 is restored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
