<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress positional deviation and spread of a bump. <P>SOLUTION: An individual electrode 18a and a conductive land 18b are formed on the surface 17a1 of a piezoelectric layer of an actuator unit 17. The land 18b is cylindrical, and is connected to the tip of an extension part 18a2 of the individual electrode 18a. The conductive bump 18d is housed in the hollow space of the land 18b.
