<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk-top calendar holder which has a function as a packaging case, is capable of being incinerated or recycled together with calendar sheets, and is excellent in strength. <P>SOLUTION: To an edge of an openable/closable upper panel 17 of a flat rectangular paper case 11 in which multiple calendar sheets 1 are to be contained, a back support upper panel 19, a back support lower panel 20, and a sealing panel 21 are sequentially provided in a connected manner. An insertion piece 23 which is provided, in a connected manner, to an edge of the sealing panel 21 is inserted into first slits 24 formed in connecting portions of a back panel 14 and a bottom panel 15 of the case 11 so as to form a nearly triangular shape with the back panel 14, the back support upper panel 19, the back support lower panel 20, and the sealing panel 21 of the case 11, and then the sealing panel 21 is placed on a desk so that the case 11 is set in an inclined manner. A window formation panel 26, which is provided inside a front panel 16, is cut off along a cutoff line 25 formed in the front panel 16 to form a window 35.
