<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet type image forming apparatus, and an ink circulation method of the same capable of eliminating defects such as overflow caused by viscosity difference of ink circulated in an ink circulation path, and to provide an ink circulation method. <P>SOLUTION: The ink jet type image forming apparatus 10 includes: an ink jet type print head 2; ink circulation paths 701-705 for supplying the ink to the print head 2, collecting the supplied ink and circulating the ink; a first tank 71 which is arranged at an ink supply side of the ink circulation paths 701-705, and stores the ink; a second tank 72 which is arranged at the ink collection side of the ink circulation paths 701-705, and stores the ink; and an ink forcibly circulating device for closing the inside of ink circulation paths with respect to the outside of the paths, pressurizing the inside of the ink circulation paths 701-705, and forcibly circulating the ink in the ink circulation paths. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
