<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an excessive load on a constituent member of an electronic device with high waterproofness by sufficiently coping with fluctuations of the gap between a body of the electronic device and a battery receiving part cover. <P>SOLUTION: A battery receiving part cover 20 of the present invention, which is fixed to the electronic device oppositely to a battery receiving part for receiving a battery, comprises: an annular waterproof sealing material 31 which is disposed so as to surround the outside of the battery receiving part and is brought into close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the battery receiving part to prevent liquid from infiltrating into the battery receiving part; and first restricting parts 28 and 29 for restricting the waterproof sealing material 31 to a predetermined position on a rear surface.
