PURPOSE: A 3D image flat display device is provided to use first electrode patterns arranged on the flat display device and barrier patterns arranged on the outside of the flat display device as an electrode of a capacitive touch screen panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels are formed on a first substrate(11). The pixels are included in a TFT(Thin Film Transistor). A plurality of first electrode patterns are separated in a first direction wherein the first electrode patterns correspond to the pixels. A second substrate(61) faces the first substrate. A plurality of barrier patterns(80a) is formed on the outside of the second substrate. The barrier patterns are separated in a second direction which crosses the first direction.
