PURPOSE: A self-diagnosis apparatus is provided to determine an operation state or a version of an integrated circuit through an LED without disassembling the circuit. CONSTITUTION: A self-diagnosis apparatus comprises an integrated circuit(110), a power supply part(114), a controller(116), an input part(118), and an LED(130). The integrated circuit includes an oscillator, a port, and the controller. The oscillator generates a clock signal. The port is connected to an external device. The controller transmits the clock signal to the port with a predetermined delay. The power supply part supplies power to the integrated circuit. The LED is connected to the integrated circuit through the port. The LED regularly flickers by receiving the delayed clock signal from the integrated circuit.
