FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, in particular, to processing in vacuum of leather and footwear blanks, performed in the manufacture of shoes. According to the method, functional dependence of amount of moisture condensed in microcapillaries of leather and footwear blanks on their original parameters and process indicators of hygrothermal processing is formed; criterial expression of similarity of footwear processes, which are real and prescribed by the technology, is obtained. With the help of special software the criterion of similarity of these processes is calculated, and then the indirect diagnostic parameters of the real process are measured, such as pressure and temperature of the working environment. By criterial expression the desired value of moisture condensed in microcapillaries is determined, and using a calibration curve it is transferred into percent of relative humidity of leather and footwear blanks. ^ EFFECT: method determines the relative humidity of leather and footwear blanks in the process of intensified hygrothermal processing in vacuum during their treatment, without sampling, special benches and tools. ^ 1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg |
