PURPOSE: A method for encoding and decoding a two-dimensional code pattern and a distribution management method and a code recognition apparatus using this same are provided to a two-dimensional code pattern by using a predetermined encryption algorithm corresponding to an encryption key value. CONSTITUTION: A code generation unit(300) generates a code image with an encryption method of a code pattern. A printout(500) includes a code image about an encrypted code pattern generated by the code generation unit A code recognition apparatus(100) takes a picture of the code image from the printout. A network terminal(200) connects the code recognition apparatus to a server(400) through a network(600).
