The method involves processing turbine vanes (1) with a tool (2) which is fastened to tool holder (4) in articulated arrangement (3,23,34), such that deflection (alpha ,beta ) of tool relative to tool holder from a nominal position (2') is detected and position of component leading robot (IR) is changed based on deflection. An independent claim is included for device for processing robot-guided components.
